Bulgaria Talk Show Host Slavy Trifonov Takes to the Skies on Board Florida Makos’ F 16 Fighter
On June19th, 2008 the host of Bulgaria’s popular Slavy’s show, Slavy Trifonov flew on board an F16 fighter piloted by LTC Jose Monteagudo from 93 Fighter Squadron “Makos” as part of the joint U.S. Bulgarian air exercise Mako Javelin 08 at Graf Ignatievo AB, near Plovdiv. Mr. Trifonov experienced first hand the hard work and extensive training Bulgarian and American fighter pilots put into their demanding and important task to guard the two nations’ skies.
